I recently saw a cooking show that showed folks making a pork belly sandwich. It looked delicious!
I have been to a few grocery stores and markets, but no one carries it.
Any one know where I can buy pork bellies, that is relatively close to Knoxville?
Thanks in advance!

You may have to go to a butcher shop which means it ain't gonna be cheap. The only other places I have seen it is in international markets or groceries.

Either a local butcher shop or maybe and Asian market. I've seen it at Publix a time or two.

My grocery source for pork bellies has been Whole Foods, which will run it about $5.99/lb, which is fairly high. Your grocery store should be able to special order it for you around $3.99/lb. Another source is to seek out local farmers that raise heritage breed hogs (Berkshire, Wattle, etc.). I found a guy near Memphis that raises Berkshires, and he's selling whole bellies for $3.99/lb, which is an incredible price for high quality meat.
