Pork Belly in Memphis?

Does anyone know where I can buy pork Bellies for "makin bakin" around town? I have found a whole case but do not want to start out making 30lbs at one shot nor keep it in the freezer if I get tired of the process. I don't know why but I am sick of store bought and want to try and make bacon on my own. Thanks for the help.

Buy the big and make bacon with half and braise the other half. Then I'll be there in half-n-hour.

Which Farmers Market do you get it from? Do you know the vendor's name? I am new at this and want maybe 5lbs or so to try out a few recipes I have seen

West Wind Farms is another source of bacon and pork bellies. I use their bacon. It's pricey, but I have tried three other farmers at my farmer's market, who have better prices, without satisfaction. Their quality can't be beat. Their sausages are top notch too.

I saw some at the Downtown Farmers Market today....neighborhood of $5 or $6 per pound.
