I stocked my pond with catfish last year in March and have been feeding them since then. Due to the heat and low water, I'm thinking about taking some of them out and releasing them in some hot grease. Do yall think that the low warm water will have any effect on the taste or quality? They are at least a couple of pounds now.

if u stocked 6-8 inch fish last year they will not be 2 pounds. imo. my pond is stocked and i have a feeder set up for them. my cats are growing about 12 ounces a year. the reason i know this we weigh all the cats we catch and eat
