I have a 2005 Polaris 325 Magnum 4x4 and I have been noticing that when I flip the swith to go into 4 wheel drive it sometime will not go into 4 wheel drive? I recently just bought it used. It looks and runs great. Any ideas?

Is it sporadic or have you noticed any consistent conditions when it will or will not shift?

I would start with jacking it up with all 4 tires off the ground and engage 4wd see how many tires spin.

The four wheel drive works great when engaged. It's kinda like it could be electrical (switch)?

Switch to 4wd and unplug the wires at front differential and see if you have 12 volts there.
