What is everyone's favorite podcast? I like Wired To Hunt and Whitetail Watch but was hoping some of you might know of others as good that come out on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis. Thanks

I started listening to these wired to hunt podcast a few weeks ago when somebody posted this link. I thoroughly enjoyed listening and picked up some tips.

I like the mountain/Western ones myself. Gritty Bowmen, Beyond the Kill, Full Draw
I also have started listening to a non hunting related one, Fat Burning Man. Its a Paleoish type of nutrition pod cast, basically if you cannot grow it or kill it, dont eat it.

Not even sure what a pod cast is. :)

This is a good example of a podcast. The interview starts a few minutes in. It is from http://www.wiredtohunt.com and has Dr. Craig Harper as a guest speaker.

Uhhhh, what do you do with it on a computer? I don't mind watching a video but if I have to sign up for something then no-thanks. What is a pod? What's the difference in a pod cast and a regular old video or film or something? What difference does it make what technology brings the info to you?

Anyhow, I don't know what to do to see it on this computer.

Take your cell phone to the nearest person between the ages of 5-30 and tell them you need a podcast app and you want to listen to the podcast from this thread. They'll hook you up. I listen to them while driving almost daily.

It's basically people talking about anything you could be interested in.

My current list of subscriptions in no particular order are:

Gritty Bowmen
Hunt Gather Talk with Hank Shaw
Keep Hammering
MeatEater
JRE
The Orvis Fly-Fishing Guide
The Orvis Hunting and Shooting Podcast
Onnit Total Human Optimization

Some are better than others

I am one of the last holdouts that refuses to get a smart phone simply because everybody else has one.
