1st --- A PMC is very tough, so you have to give it a good beating until it is nice and tender

2nd --- A PMC is very dull so you need to add some sort of flavor to it and sprinkle with plenty of spices

3rd --- A PMC is very bitter so soaking in saltwater and cooking with onions will help take the bitterness out.
