Food Plots Plot ideas for new lease needed

We picked up another spot to hunt in Henderson, TN. Mostly pine thickets surrounding the property. Our property has 2 large ag fields with a lot of pines. There are a few spots where the owner of the property will plant plots for us. One is about an acre and a half. About 100 yards away through the pines is a half acre that can be planted easily. It probably gets about a half day of sunlight as it is surrounded by 20 year old pines. What would be the best plot for something like this. I could see this being a staging area for deer before going to the other plot or ag fields. Suggestions?!

White clover, winter wheat if planting in the fall. I have a ladino plot on its 5th year.
