I broke out my recurve and longbow last night and some odds/ends carbon arrows I had laying around. I shot pretty well but I know I need much more practice to hone my skills.

The recurve is a Browning Wasp at 45 lbs. What would be a good general arrow to put behind a Magnus Stinger 100 grain two blade?

The longbow is a Martin Stickbow at 55 lbs. What would be a good arrow with the same 100 grain two blade broadhead?

I use carbons. my suggestion for a carbon is a 500 spine such as the GT 3555. get one or 2 to try before buying a doz.
my set up is 52# at my draw. I use the 3555 but with a 175gr head. carbons are a lot stiffer and the extra point weight will make them flex around the riser better. you may need a 600 spine if you stick with the 100 gr heads.
if you go with aluminum, try a 1916 or 2013 or 2016.
