Really like putting that Spike-It worm dye on curl-tails...might be a mental thing, but I think helps.

I have used several different soft plastics over the years, and have had a good amount of success with most of them. Some of the ones that didn't work so well were ones that really appealed to me...why else would I buy them? Maybe the times I used them were times I wouldn't have caught any fish regardless of what I was using...who knows. What I currently use are the ones that seem to produce for me consistently. They are Berkley "Power Worms", Net Baits "Paca Craws" and "Paca Chunks". But one things for sure...show me a new bait and let me catch a good'n with it...here we go again.

I like Junebug and Pumpkin Fire, really all you need is a light and dark one anything else is a sales pitch. Different situations call for different lures and presentations

Rage Craws and chunks=rocks water temp above 50
Zoom lizard= spawning bass or inactive to neutral bass
Zoom fluke= pre and post spawn active
Senko= blow down and docks
Producto Floating worm= weed bass
Trick worm= active bass
the list goes on.
