Steven - yea, on #2, I couldnt tell. My first thought was kudzu and googled pics and thats kind of what it looked like to me. We have some starting on our place :(

Yep I agree. Fireweed (also known as American Burnweed) is a native species but is low on the preference list for deer. I've actually never seen deer utliize it at all.
 
#1 might be sow thistle but I could be wrong.

#2 is not kudzu, could be some type of wild ivy.

#3 is definitely pokeweed.
