Im way behind posting up some pictures!

Anyway, we planted a mixture of forage beans, iron clay peas, and buckwheat to give us some ground cover and help keep weeds down for this fall.

I must say that I was very impressed with how this turned out and how the deer took to using it.

On this ridge top the deer hammered this to nothing but stems!

We also worked down some other areas that we sowed in 6 way blend clover and topped it will wheat oats and pea mixture

Here is the same mixture in a bottom plot less than 1/4 mile down the hill.

Just a word of thanks to Justin. He did a lot work on my place this year, got the roads in shape, installed a culvert, moved the gate, cleaned up an old homesite and planted spring and fall plots. I'm very pleased with Justin's work and would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to plant their food plots. Thanks again Justin
