pimento cheese

hadn't had any pimento cheese in a very long time. only really had store bought. opted to make it myself. super easy and delicious. added crumbled bentons to it and that put it over the top! . bag of sharp cheddar, 1/2 a block of cream cheese, 2 large tbls mayo, tsp onion powder , 1/2 tsp cayenne and tsp garlic powder. definetly could use more pepper

forgot, small jar of pemintos also :lol: . bentons is bacon. its such a staple at our house I forget that not everyone knows what it is
