If the sauger were there then they have left,nobody including us were catching any, we did bring home around 20 blue and channel cats with one blue caught by my buddy that weighed 13.3. We also caught numerous drum, 1 white bass, 3 good sized Buffalo, several skipjack. Oh, and my wife caught her first flathead.

I fished the river twice this week and caught lots of sauger. The dam may have slowed down now that they've shut the gates. I was fishing downriver.
