I know they finally closed the flood gates, is the water up? Also has there been any kind of a shad kill? I'm thinking about rising up there in the morning.

Not sure what you are trying to catch, but some friends of mine caught 11 keeper sauger at the dam today.

Water is still up but I'm hearing rumors of crappie being caught in between the locks and seeing some sauger here and there. No recent shad kill that I know

Thanks guys, we will be mainly after cats but if there are some sauger in there I might try them
