I pickle and ferment many things but never acquired a taste for pickled eggs or fish. I just made another batch of kkakdugi (spicy fermented radish cubes). Its a type of kimchi. If you like spicy and pickled stuff the Korean pepper flakes are great for this. Not too hot and not too mild.
