PI permit

I drew a PI archery tag # 029. I cant use it. What do i need to do

It is not transferrable. They set the quotas knowing there will be some no-shows.

I was mostly wanting a preference point for later. Ill be on a oilrig out on the gulf of mexico on the dates on the permit

Sorry, it doesn't work that way. Once you get drawn it is yours to use or not to use and your preferrence points go back to zero.
