I was gonna do Philly steaks tonight but they were out of shaved ribeye.
Decided to just buy a couple and slice them thin as I could.
Got to looking and they were $12.99 a pound.
They had fillets on sale for $10.99.
Got some peppers, onion, Swiss cheese and buns.

All I can say is I am full!

Can't really be considered a Philly when you use Swiss chz and Hawaiian roll. Also, that steak looks like a sirloin and not fillet because I see marbling. Veggies look burned as well.
Some of that meat appeared slightly brown before he cooked it, should have been tossed. Philly cheese steak should only ever be served on white paper plates, not foo foo designer paper plates. 😆

Bunch of grumps.....Looks fine to me. I paid 12 bucks for one recently and I've eaten frogs with more meat.

What does Hawaiin bread taste like? Pineapple? I never eat the stuff because I cannot do the limbo anymore and that's a prerequisite I hear.

So Im about 2 hours south, lemme know next time. I got some green peppers and a cheese grater.

I guess the best way to describe the bread is, it's "sweet" not like the King's hawaiin bread but similar.
