Pestle?? Guesses

Found this piece this week. Been definitely worked on 6 surfaces of this rock. Does not look like your normal pestles i have found. Any ideas if you think it's something else?

I've never seen one shaped quite like that but it does appear to be a pestle. I don't know what else it could be...

It looks something like a rock i saw in a local Dentist's office many years ago that he said was used for straightning the shafts for arrows or spears.
