If you do indeed get a property in western Perry county, I'd like to hear your feedback on the turkey population. I hunted that area a good bit in the early 2000s when there was A LOT of public land, and the turkey population was exploding. Riding through those same hills and hollows today does not suggest near the turkey population that it did 15 years ago. That is anecdotal evidence, but I would bet the population has really declined in the last decade, which can be said for a lot of areas, not just western Perry county.
