Coming from NC, I know deer love peanuts, of the peanut itself, but the green on top. I saw an ad the other day for perennial peanuts. These were not advertised for food plots, but I can't help but wonder how well they would workin a plot. Especially being perennial, maybe an alternative to clover? Also get good nitrogen fixation as well. Just curious what others think.
I know there are easier and simpler things but I'm just thinking it would be something neat to try.
