I was at my property yesterday and noticed the pear tree is loaded down with fruit, but had black leaves on it. I can't imagine the black leaves are normal. Do I have a disease? Will it spread to the muscadines or other trees close to it?

If it is disease, what should I spray?

thanks for the info 8Points

I've never heard of this so I looked up fire blight on Wikipedia and dang it the picture there looks exactly like my pear tree. It says to prune the affected limbs and remove from the area; which I think I'll burn them when I go out there next weekend to cut the grass. Also I'll see if I can get some spray for the other fruit trees there to see if I can prevent them from catching this disease.
