Get ahold of rsimms, drive to Chattanooga and do a "quick trip".

It will be a day neither of you will ever forget.

Quick trip will be 2-3 hours on the water and will cost you $100 for two people.
Best money you will ever spend.
I have no idea how anyone could get out of the boat after just 2-3 hours though. ;)

I know the catfish spots in Rutherford County and the one in Culleoka did offer fish and release all day for like $5-10 apiece. I'm thinking $10. Or keep and pay by the pound.

I've been by the one in Rutherford County, real nice, well maintained appearance, no alcohol family environment I believe.

I actually fished at Culleoka Catfish Farm 4 years ago Real nice guys even though you think you're getting lost down an old gravel road. It was off and on rain that day with slow biting but my son and I stayed for hours. They had several little covered spots maybe 8x12 each around the ponds. So we didn't get wet. But the owner up at the bait shack hollered for us to come up and he had cooked up a bunch of catfish, fries and hushpuppies. Gave us both big ole loaded down plates full, fresh out of the deep fryer. (Even though it was slow that day we still caught a lot of fish)

I have driven by one at near the intersection of where Hwy. 109 runs into Hwy. 31W above Portland just a few hundred yards from the KY/TN sate line. Honestly from the road it looked kinda small and crudy. But might be fun fishing. Don't know.

thank to all,, u catch any good ones ruger??

Yeah we caught a few.
Two day total of 421 pounds of catfish and a big fish of 50 pounds.

Only difference between that and every other trip was the fifty pounder.
I am telling you, if you go and don't have fun you don't like fishing.
