Paramount ML Recall

Sounds like they will take care of you if you have a Paramount. I almost went that route.

If they think an Endura can't be blown up, they need to guess again. ALL SML's can be blown up. Guaranteed.

It isn't that they can blow up. Like you said, any ML can blow up. I STRONGLY suspect it is HOW the Paramount is blowing up. I'll bet the breech is blowing up in the shooter's face. Possibly even the breech plug blowing straight back.

The Paramount and endura use the exact same ignition system. The barrel will rupture before the threads give way. The main difference between the 2 guns is the Endura has a heavier/thicker barrel.

I've been using the max load on blackhorn powder out of my TC Omega, and its stories like these are the reason I backed it down some. The last one I shot I could taste blood dripping in my mouth from the scope hitting my nose

Scares me to death thinking about an explosion or the breach coming back

I had the .40 caliber paramount and that thing would flat out shoot. It would shoot a raged hole at 100 yards. I always shot the max load on BH209 that was 105 grains by weight. I probably put around 100 rounds through that thing and it shot flawlessly. It hurt having to send that gun back but looking forward to working up a load on the Endura.
