Hope ya'll don't get TOO tired of me this year.
Just kinda excited about all this duck hunting stuff.
Ain't so much worried about how many we kill, it is just neat to learn about something different than my normal outdoor pursuits.
Anyway....
Buying some decoys that need painting.
Some, by plan, I am painting solid black.
Others we are painting black with a splash of white on the head and sides.
My question is, would it even be worth trying to re-paint some of them as they were? Such as greenheads, canvas backs etc. ?
Dunno which is the worse of two evils, a decoy with crappy peeling paint or a decoy with a crappy chop shop paint job with new paint.
