Paint or Hydro-dip

I got a new stock for my rifle and want a different finish other than the plain black stock. Thought about getting it hydro dipped but have no experience with this so wonder about durability. Paint is the other option but could only use the rattle cans so not sure whether I would like this option.

I had a gun hydro dipped last spring. It will hold up about the same as paint. I like it but know it is for hunting and not looks.

I guess it depends on how you want it to look when you get done. I would want Hydro-Dip simply for the vast choices of what could be put on it and the quality. But obviously it would cost more.

Please show us what you did when you get done.

Cerakote oven bake.. Be done with it.
