Packing Deer Out

Im to the point that im not dragging another deer out of the public swamp anymore and am researching methods to quarter and pack deer out of the public swamps i hunt. I know law states sex must remain intact or something im not sure. If I killed a doe and buck id cut out the neck roast, 2 shoulders 2 backstraps and 2 hams and 2 inner loins and some shank meat what else would i need to be legal?

While you are in the field, the parts you are bringing out must be identifiable to the animals sex, species, and antlered status.
