Got my tax refund and the first stop was the butcher shop for a 2 inch thick ribeye. Going to reverse sear on the pellet grill

Match 1st won't be a bad day anymore. This was the last time that date is tax deadline for me. Does Eat Place in Greenville will be in order. Wonder if the Manning's will be there. It's been a favorite for them since Archie played

I smoked a 3.48lbs cowboy ribeye on my pellet grill and probably the best steak I ever made, Sucklebusters 1836 rub, didn't sear as it wasn't needed ,Rural King carrys several flavors of rub from them and they have all been good.

The best tamales to be had at Does Eat Place. Interesting little town.

There is a lady in Cordova that used to work at Does 20 or so years ago. She sells tamales locally and I'm 100% its Doe's recipe. I have relatives in Lake Village, so I've had plenty of tamales from Does.
