Outta State Grandson Lic Info

I had asked this before ,now I'm down to buying his lic. The site is confusing for us old guys. LOL Is there anything besides this I need to get him ? We are just hunting deer, Thanks Again

My 14 year old grandson is coming to hunt with me for a week, they live outta state . I think from the looks of it I need to get him a 085 7-Day Junior Hunt - All Game ,and a 070 . Is that right ? What does that allow him to take , 2 bucks like us, and can he take a doe if he wants ? Thanks

1. He has to have hunter safety certification. If he isn't certified, he will need the Apprentice License which will require an adult over the age of 21 to be with him where they can take immediate control of his hunting weapon.

2. He will need either a Type 085 or 086 license. That will allow him to take two bucks (but not both on the same day).

3. If he wants to shoot an antlerless deer, he will need a type 094 permit in addition to his license (just like other resident and nonresident hunters).
