Well, I found out what is wrong with my motor. It has a busted drive shaft. It will cost about $1k to fix. The motor is running condition was worth about $700. So I'm going to buy a new one. Where is the best place to buy a new Yamaha 2 stroke 15 hp outboard in east TN?

madisonville marine has a good reputation. i bought mine at nichols in lenoir city and have no complaints.

I thought they quit making 2 strokes.

yamaha makes 2 strokes from 8 to 150 HP.
