Out of state hunter

My Marine buddy is coming in Sunday from Ohio to hunt with me Monday through Saturday. I believe the type 074 would cover him for muzzleloader and rifle on the opener but I wanted to make sure that would cover him for everything he needs. Thanks in advance.

The 074 covers his licenses and the full bag limit for muzzleloader. He would need a type 94 permit to take an antlerless deer on the gun hunt or to hunt on a Wma/
