Find one that seems to be popular or trending among growers and especially one that produces a lot, since you buy them in the store, they are probably a heavy producing and reliable variety for marketing. you might find one just like or very similar to the ones in the store.
Or, to make it simpler, you can buy the white ones from the store, keep them in storage over the winter, and let them sprout and plant the slips next spring.
