ORDERING TREES...

Has anyone here ever ordered trees from Realtree Nursery? I was reading on their site about the combo packages they have that contain Dunstans, sawtooths, persimmons and crabapples- 25 trees for $224.95. Those are all trees I am interested in, but I have never mail ordered trees. Any better sources? I am in N. Alabama. TIA

Thanks for the info. Not finding much about the Dunstan Chestnuts except from a couple different places. Just wondering if any other suppliers out there. Thanks.

I looked at their site before, and those prices are way to high. I was thinking of getting some Dunstan chestnuts from them but I would not get any other seedlings at their prices. There are many other options for american persimmon and crabs for alot cheaper. Check out Edward Fort and Wildlife Group.

Sawtooths I got from them last year were great. Pines have been so so. Good pricing and you can save shipping by picking them up locally.

I should say I have dealt with Edward Fort as well and they are awesome! Very high quality seedlings. Shipping can be rough though.

Did they have a good variety of stuff at the QDMA Conference last year?

I recommend you consider the Tennessee Division of Forestry nursery, as they have bare root seedlings grown in Tennessee at a low cost.

FH, was Edward Fort at the QDMA show last year? Did they have a good selection of trees?
