Orange Mead in 3 stages

I have 3 batches of Orange Mead going started roughly 30 days apart.
From left to Right the first one was started yesterday, the second in early September and the 3rd in early August. The August batch is just about ready to bottle. The Orange slices will begin to sink when its ready.

This stuff is as natural as it gets, zero additives/chemicals, no stabilizers, no preservatives, no refined sugar etc...
It only takes about 20 min's to make a batch...then about 2-2.5 months of waiting for it to clear.
