A little background.I have two sons (8 & 10). I took them Deer hunting for the first time last season. I took them to the range in preparation for the season. They both shot a .35 rem that I have. No flinching, no stray shots, each one shot aprox. 10-12 times. They shot very well for the first time with a high power rifle.(insert proud Dad smiling here) They had to trade out with the rifle every other hunt. These boys have been on me non-stop about this up coming season. They are wanting their own rifle. I need some opinions on what make/model of rifle to get these boys. Keep in mind I will be buying 2 rifles so price is a concern. I don't want one of those tri-fectas. I am looking for something they can use for several years. Caliber is not important but for the record .243 to .270 is what I have in mind. I would like something with an adjustable trigger. I know that I'm asking alot but with the gun guru's on here I'm sure someone can steer me in the right direction.
