opening up fixed chokes?

I have a 12 gauge SxS double that is currently mod/full and I would like to have it opened to IC/IC.

anybody have experience with that process? wondering about changes to point of impact....recommend a gunsmith in mid-TN? what would i expect to pay for that job?
