Opening in pit

Long story short, I joined my very first duck hunting lease this year.
There is another opening.
1,200 acres, 1 pit, 4 or 5 blinds in varying condition.
9 members now, will be 10 when full.
Guy that manages it has been in it for 10 years I think and has "ran" it for maybe 5 and he said it has been full once.

You can bring a guest but I don't think you can on opening day but not totally sure.

I am still not clear on whether they pump or not.
I THINK they rely on flooding for water but can control how much they let out maybe?

Anyway, it is in Obion County in what should be an excellent area.

i have 1100 acres....beans and corn.1 pit 22 ft long,3 blinds that border the west levee,and 1 blind that sits by it self.we get our water from the obion river.we have a wheel gate that lets water in and out.we need rain for the river to get to our gate.and yes i need 1 more hunter,last year we got 63 geese and 155 ducks.last year was tough to hunt,warm weather,5 in of rain....that sleet and snow.we are located in obion co.15 miles SE of reelfoot lake,15 miles as the duck flies from the miss.river.the cost is $500 per hunter....if interested,respond here.

Just wanted to throw that out there for anyone that is interested in the lease.
