Opening Day Report

I saw 5 total Sat morning. 2 spikes, a button, and 2 does. This from my #1 stand. The evening hunt was a bust from the backside of the property where the trespassers had been roaming. Seq Co. btw.

Question for you - how high up in that tree are you. Looks like a mile up!!!

i'm about 25 to 30 foot up from the ground. but i have seen a few hunters hunting 35 to 40 foot up the tree.

Just looks like that, I'm only about 21' up the tree. And, that shot is down toward the creek also.

Saw six does/fawns Sunday morning in Robertson Co. Whacked the biggest doe. I took my 8 year old son last night in Maury Co. Saw 7 bucks and a doe. We couldn't get him situated for a shot, but he had fun anyway.

Didn't hunt Saturday.
