I think I can go out one more time. I have not even seen a deer this year and Iam desprate to get some freezer meat. Does anyone have a good location at either Percy WMA or Cheatham WMA that they would be willing to share?
 
Never hunted either, hopefully someone will chime in but I will be spending the last day of the season on public land in Maury county in a big cedar thicket where I usually see deer.

Are you at least seeing some fresh looking deer sign once in a while (i.e. fresh looking deer turds)? I set up over an oak flat that was littered with fresh deer droppings. The does came in around 8:30am to eat acorns just as I expected they would and then I had a misfire and scared them into the next county.
 
I don't have any advice to give you on either of those WMA's... I'd try and find some good food sources or hunt the edge of some really thick cover.
