A little late posting but scored on opening day. Gobbled once to my left on the roost of where I was set. Made 2 soft calls after he flew down. Heard him gobble at a crow behind me and I turned some and could see him through the pines at about 100 yards. Made some purrs and he started my way. He got to about 50 yards and one of the lease members came driving by on a road close by. He run below the rise in front of me. I waited a bit and heard him start spit and drum again. So I purred some more and he come up over the rise. The rest is history. Almost 22 lbs 9 inch beard and 7/8 spurs.
