My biggest to date has replaced one of my dead heads I found (a much bigger one). Rough scored around 117.

It will take something real good to replace that other dead head though...

I may do a new video some time but basically it only takes roughly half an hour to skin and trim the head, and I heat up the water on turkey fryer while I do that. Then put in water bring to boil and reduce to simmer. Keep water level up over the head and simmer for 3 hours or so. Remove skull and shake/trim off bulk of the meat, scramble brains and hose them out. Bring back to boil in a fresh change of water and simmer another hour tops. Both changes of water have dish soap and lots of borax, but the 2nd change has less than the first.

Then finish the cleaning process and paint the skull with peroxide cream, wrap in plastic and set in front of heater for 1 hour. Wash off thoroughly and put rubber band around nose, dry in front of fan for a few hours. Then I touch up the fragile parts with super glue
