Thanks to Nimrod for randomly giving me a dehydrator he found at a yard sale...
the first items to be dried are a batch of lethal poison.... aka Bhut Jolokia
All the others that had blemishes were cut up, and I took all the seeds out to dry and save, and put the cut up pieces on a 2nd rack on top of the whole peppers. Those pieces can be used to make an alcohol extract that will then be evaporated into a concentrate (will require special care!)
Other than dares, pranks, and occasional seasoning, what else would yall use such a hot pepper for? they are a lot hotter than any habanero but with a similar flavor.
