in his grave! When to Tom's BBQ for ribs as its been many years since Ive eaten them. They were awful! Over done, tasted like over done porkchop with a half gallon of BBQ sauce on the them. First bite took about 2 minutes to chew even tho the meat was falling off the bones.

Beans and slaw were tasteless also. The best part of the meal was the slice of bread

Tom knew how to cook ribs with Greek seasoning

Gotcha....so the dude running it now has no relations.

I tried the rib tips last summer, and they were tasty, but not "rib tips". I met a customer for lunch at Toms back around March or so, and the shoulder was bland, and the sauce was turribul. I think I'm done messing with it.
