I have some oats seed left over from last year, Do you think it still good? Anybody have any experience with old seed?

Excellent response. Check germination rates and find out.

But as long as seeds are kept in a cool, dry, dark place, they will last for many years. I've planted clover seed that had been kept in airtight containers in my basement for 15 years, and they germinated just fine.

I would plant them anyway......you will get some germination from them.
