I could use all of those Lee case length gauges and shell holders. Are the Federal, Remington, and Winchester boxes empty, contain fired brass, or loaded ammo?

I would rate it all good and clean. A few of the 3030 are primed. All I wouldn't hesitate to reload.

The offerings were hit up pretty hard by utvolsfan77. I still have the 7 mag, 44 mag brass. 5 plastic cartridge boxes sized for 223 or equivalent. Little Dandy inserts 10,12,19,21,22,25...and various oddball stuff including 2 reloading guides. All except the books would fit in a medium flat rate box. Probably could get it all in a large.
I'm between Murfreesboro and Smyrna.
