The story goes as such....I have a left shoulder problem from my military service. The doctors tell me my rotator cup needs replaced but to put it off as long as possible. So this is were I am, I had a Mathews that was hurting me to shoot so I tried to shoot my back up which happens to be a Mathews Conquest 2 and very easy to shoot. Do you see a pattern here....
Anyway I had a top of the line bow that I can't shoot and went back to an old school bow. But I have to say even though I get ribbed :poke: by the fellows I'm enjoying shooting Old Faithful again... :) I guess some things never change.
Maybe there will be hope in the future. So that you know I do have A CROSSBOW as well that shoots good. But the old stick and string just does something for me.

I have to ask, why put it off?

new and improved isn't always better. the older equipment can still handle the job. sounds like your older bow has a smoother draw. :tu:

Why put it off? A complete replacement and it might not fix the problem.
Smoother draw by all means.
gothca. hope waiting doesn't cause a bigger problem.

I hear ya... But the surgeon said it is one of those things that may or may not work. So I keep getting the shots every 6 months for now. What do you do?
