Old duck calls

Ran across a few old duck calls. Looked them up and some sold at auction for an astronomical price. I'm sure there was something special about theirs compared to mine. Anybody recognize or ever use any of these? The big advertising one is my favorite. Guess it calls in big ducks

In the early 1980's I coulda bought as many Olts d2 calls as I wanted for 2 bucks a piece at a wholesaler that was liquidating, the sporting goods store I worked for was at the sale and I was loading what was bought. Go look at what an original D-2 sells for now.

Have an identical Olt as well as some of the wood ones. Good calls back in the day.

The Faulk calls were made in Lake Charles La and were very popular in La.

D2 Olt prices are all over the board depending on all manner of things. Condition, round hole vs keyhole, hard rubber vs ebonite, graphics, original or altered, etc.
E. Stofer call prices bounce around as well but there aren't as many variables as the Olts. The Bean Lake call does not bring as much money as just the E. Stofer call.

Beautiful old calls sir. I still use my late father in laws old olt , yentzen, mallardtone and my original duck commander. Everybody else in the blind has the greatest and latest lares.

I carry and use an unmarked Lohman, 2 Faulk, Yentzen, Green Head, DC Reacher and other newer calls in the bag.

I just sold 3 Starks calls. I about choked when the buyer said what he would give, north of 1k each. These were older calls from the 90s. One call I purchased and the other two were given to me by Billy for helping him guide a few times.
