Old deer meat

Is there any programs in TN that'll take some old deer meat it's been in the freezer for 3 years. There used to be a raptor program at Montgomery Bell just looking at options. I don't have a lot just done wanna throw it away.

If it's not completely freezer burned I would grind it up and make chili out of it.

Well its been vacuum sealed I just figured it wasn't worth eating

I have eaten meat that was vacuum sealed and in the freezer for 2+ years with no problems. Grind it up and put it in spaghetti sauce or make meatballs or chili or season it for taco meat or make jerky out off it. It will be fine.

there is a person on Craigslist in the "farm & Garden" section that posts regularly looking for old meat for dog food.
