Without more info it'll be hard to really date it Whitehorse has been around in Glasgow Scotland since 1742 Google them and pull up images it might help you to date it

Can't tell for sure but that style of bottle with the metal screw on lid appears to have been in circulation from the 1920's to present wish I could be of more help to you still a great find if you like vintage stuff like I do

Looks to be a screw top; if so no older that the late 1920's, Federal law forbids sale or reuse of this bottle; was required from 1935 until 1964 for bottles sold in the US. Phrase was in use much later though, some say until 1970, but it was no longer required.
