Ha, that a easy question. I had that Darton for 3yrs, it replaced a Hoyt Xtec that I shot for 5-6 years. I just never fell in love with that Darton and I never shot it as well as I would have liked to. It was a fast bow, but not quiet. I also felt like the Darton never anchored well for me and I couldn't steady it like I could my Hoyt. I typically try to shoot all year, but with a shoulder reconstruction last Dec, I couldn't start shooting again until Aug. I just couldn't pull the Darton back smoothly, even at 62lbs. The other thing was the let off on the Darton. If I didn't let an arrow fly for whatever reason and let the bow off, it would snap back and my shoulder just couldn't handle that. I had plans to hunt the KY during Labor Day weekend and didn't want to mess with my set up. After the KY opener, I killed that buck and was done in KY. I sold the Darton off when and went and shot a lot of bows. This is the first Mathews I've owned and the No-Cam is buttery smooth. I transferred everything off the Darton to the Mathews. It anchors and steadies very easily, it's not fast, but it's super quiet and I'm getting some great groups out to 45-50yds. The let off is nice and easy too.
