Oak Ridge wma scout date question???

Have they changed the scout date process looks like it's 1 day scouting for both the 1st and 2nd hunt I got drawn for and I purchased a left over permit and still got no letter in the mail for it my buddy got his left over permit in the mail already

The hunts are now back to back weekends. In the past there was a weekend off. There's no chance to have a separate scout date for the second hunt.

Shoot i just realized that lol I bet it will be packed on the scout date since it's 2 hunts in one worth of people

Curious what permits were leftover for Oak Ridge?
I applied for all 3 dates in archery zone , either sex and only got drawn for the Dec hunt.
Assume the leftovers were antlerless only.

Actually the first day all 3 hunts have leftover antlerless tags. I think the first week was around 25, the second hunt around 80, and about 160 for the Dec hunt.
